Advantages of Age Business Academy
November 1, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, the Advantages of Age Business Academy is a monthly meet up featuring an industry expert followed by an opportunity to network with your peers. This 6-month pilot programme is aimed at those aged 45+ seeking to start their own businesses or for existing business owners.
The aim of this light touch programme is to provide you with the skills needed to ensure the best chance of your business succeeding by providing you with access to industry experts as well as the support of those in similar circumstances to your own.
Completely free of charge, it is essential that you are available to attend all 6 two hour sessions as your presence and subsequent feedback will help us to tailor the programme more specifically to your requirements.
Alongside the programme, you will be given access to online resources to help your business grow.
Lunch will not be provided but coffee/tea/water will be available free of charge.
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BUY YVONNE’S BOOK ‘WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE’ WHICH SUPPLEMENTS THE COURSE. IT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE FIRST SESSION.
Spaces are limited.
The programme will be broken down as follows. Each session lasts 2 hours with the first hour set aside for an industry expert followed by networking. There will be further resources and support available via the Advantages of Age website and on Facebook. Sessions run the first Wednesday of every month 1pm – 3pm.
